When registering with FSA Thailand, you agree to the terms below:
- I WILL NEVER PHYSICALLY ABUSE MY CLIENT/CUSTOMER
- I WILL NEVER VERBALLY ASSAULT OR BE RACIST TO MY CLIENT/CUSTOMER
- I WILL NEVER CAUSE BODILY HARM TO MY CLIENT/CUSTOMER
- I WILL NEVER DRUG OR USE SUBSTANCES TO INDUCE MY CLIENT/CUSTOMER
- I WILL NEVER MISLEAD OR MANIPULATE MY CLIENT/CUSTOMER
- I WILL ALWAYS BE POLITE AND RESPECTFUL TO MY CLIENT/CUSTOMER
- I WILL ALWAYS MAINTAIN PROPER ETIQUETTE AND HYGIENE FOR MY CLIENT/CUSTOMER
- I WILL ALWAYS BE TRUTHFUL TO MY IMAGE AND PROFILE WITH MY CLIENT/CUSTOMER
- I WILL NOT USE FALSE INFORMATION TO MISINFORM MY CLIENT/CUSTOMER
- I WILL REPORT ANY MISDEMEANOR OR FALSE ACTIONS TO FSA THAILAND
Any actions that breach the above terms of this agreement upon registration will be reviewed.
If convicted, you will be reported to the "BLACKLIST" and exposed to all parties.
After you have registered with FSA Thailand, you may use "FSA approved" on your profile for interaction.
If you use "FSA approved" workers will know you are safe to do business with. Having "FSA approved" on your profile without being registered will have you flagged and put on the Blacklist indefinitely.
